Your package price covers virtually everything you need for your Alaska fishing adventure once you arrive in Ketchikan:

• Round-trip airfare aboard Island Air Express from Ketchikan to Klawock Airport on Prince of Wales Island
• 3 full days of professionally guided saltwater fishing
• 4 nights of deluxe luxury lodging

• Premier 30–32-foot full walk-around fishing boats
• Professional fishing captains and guides
• Alaska non-resident fishing licenses and all required stamps
• All required taxes

Not Included

The following expenses are not included in the package price:

• Round-trip airfare from your hometown to Ketchikan, Alaska
• Alcoholic beverages
• Gratuities

We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance to cover the entire cost of your fishing package and your commercial airline flights to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances, including travel interruptions, cancellations, delays, or other unexpected events that may occur before or during your trip.

*NOTE Customers may be charged an extra surcharge after time of booking due to unforeseen rate increases out of our control. Examples like fuel cost increases, island flight rate increases, Alaska Fish and Game license increases, etc.

Gratuities

Gratuities are customary for the lodge staff, captains, deckhands, and fish processing team. Typically averaging 15 percent of your package price, tips are dependent on your satisfaction with the level of service provided and are at your individual discretion. The staff appreciates your generosity for their level of service provided on your trip of a lifetime!

Reservations/Payment Policy

Reservation requests will be held for 10 days pending a $1500 non-refundable per person deposit. Due to our short season and high demand for space, your reservation may be released for further bookings if deposits are not received within the 10-day period. The remaining balance is due by March 31st. Screamin’ Reels Guide Service & Lodge accepts QuickBooks payments, checks, Venmo and all major credit cards with a 4% convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits received are non-refundable. Travel insurance for your fishing package and flights is highly recommended. No final balance payments received will be refunded unless we are able to rebook your scheduled date. If a member within your party cancels thus reducing your overall party size, your party is subject to the tiered pricing package listed. A refund cannot be issued for any matters out of our control including the weather, fish run timing, fishing regulations/closures, pandemics, illnesses, missed or delayed flights.

Screamin’ Reels Guide Service & Lodge will not be responsible for loss of fishing time, baggage and fish box losses, flight/transportation delays and any other incidents resulting in conditions beyond our control.
