Gratuities are customary for the lodge staff, captains, deckhands and fish processing team. Typically averaging 15 percent of your package price, tips are dependent on your satisfaction of the level of service provided and are at your individual discretion. The staff appreciates your generosity for their level of service provided on your trip of a lifetime!
Reservation requests will be held for 10 days pending a $1,000 USD non-refundable per person deposit. Due to our short season and high demand for space, your reservation may be released for further bookings if deposits are not received. The remaining balance is due ninety (90) days prior to your arrival date. If your scheduled trip is in August or September, final payments are due by May 1st.
Screamin’ Reels Lodge accepts checks and all major credit cards with a convenience fee.
All deposits received are non- refundable. Adequate cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
No final balance payments received will be refunded unless we are able to rebook your scheduled date. If a member within your party cancels reducing your overall party size, your party is subject to the tiered pricing packages listed. A refund cannot be issued for any matters out of our control including the weather, fish run timing, fishing regulations/closures, pandemics, illnesses, missed or delayed flights.
Screamin’ Reels Lodge will not be responsible for loss of fishing time, baggage and fish box losses, flight/transportation delays and any other incidents resulting in conditions beyond our control.
We highly encourage our customers to purchase adequate travel insurance.
