Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks
Hot breakfast sandwiches, burritos and coffee are served on the boats during your run to the fishing grounds. While you continue to fish, your captain will build you a hearty sandwich made with fresh baked bread. Chips, soda, and water are also provided each day on the boat.
Appetizers
Are available once back to the lodge after the day of fishing.
Appetizers include, smoked salmon dip, artichoke dip, and hot chowder on those cooler days!
Evening meals
After a full day of fishing in and around our ocean waters and beautiful islands, you will enjoy a great appetizer followed by an excellent dinner prepared by our chef. The cuisine ranges from fresh fish tacos to USDA Prime cut steaks paired with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and a homemade salad. We enjoy showcasing our fresh salmon and halibut where it is prepared in a special way that is sure to satisfy everyone. You will truly enjoy the food service at SR Lodge and never go hungry.
Dessert
After dinner you will be offered dessert where you can enjoy it by the campfire or inside by our gas fireplace while talking about your day on the water with your party. It is a fantastic way to end your day in Alaska
